When I open the app it asks me to enter a purchase code, and I don't think I have one even though I purchased insoles on Kickstarter (or Indiegogo).

Sorry about this! Everyone who has purchased through Kickstarter should have gotten a purchase code at their estimated delivery date. You then use this purchase code to enter in the app.
